We are all enormously excited about cooking our delicious new menu for some fresh and familiar faces and seeing our guests settle down in our merry little Hackney palace. The menu as it stands:
Thai Green Chicken and Coriander Soup
with sourdough croutons and homemade bread
Honeyed Sweet Potato and Vegetable Curry
with fragrant cous cous and lemon yoghurt dressing
Rich Chocolate Tart
with a rasberry coulis and vanilla creme fraiche
